The Clinical Success Manager, Dosimetrist will help radiation oncology clinics improve treatment planning, streamline workflows, and enhance patient safety through innovative automation technology. This fully remote role combines clinical dosimetry expertise with customer education, technical problem-solving, and relationship management. You will train healthcare teams, troubleshoot challenges, and help clinics get the most value from their software solutions. By proactively engaging customers, gathering feedback, and supporting continuous product improvement, you will contribute to more efficient clinical operations and better-quality care. The role is ideal for a passionate dosimetrist who enjoys sharing knowledge, embracing new technologies, and managing a fast-paced, varied workload. You will collaborate with clinical teams and software developers while helping advance the use of automation across radiation oncology.
Train radiation oncology clinics on a suite of treatment planning and workflow automation tools, helping clinical teams adopt software effectively and confidently. Work directly with customers to understand their technical and workflow challenges, independently troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with programming teams when additional support is needed. Proactively contact existing customers to conduct annual reviews, gather feedback, introduce new features, assess satisfaction, support subscription renewals, and reduce customer churn. Build strong, long-term relationships with clinics and clinical leaders, helping them establish efficient workflows and improve operational safety. Host webinars to answer customer questions, demonstrate software capabilities, and communicate product updates and best practices. Test new software releases to support product development, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. Develop clear, practical training materials and educational resources that clinics can use to improve their workflows and software proficiency. Gather customer insights and communicate opportunities for product enhancements, helping shape solutions that address real clinical needs. Manage multiple customer engagements and projects while maintaining a positive, responsive, and service-oriented approach. Contribute to the broader mission of improving radiation oncology workflows, reducing planning errors, and supporting high-quality patient care. Requirements: At least 2 years of clinical dosimetry experience using the Eclipse Treatment Planning System (TPS). Strong understanding of radiation oncology workflows and treatment planning practices. Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess clinical workflow issues and identify practical solutions. Exceptional presentation and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clinical audiences. A positive, proactive attitude and a strong commitment to excellence in patient care. Passion for helping other clinics improve their workflows and make a meaningful impact on clinical practice. Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and sharing knowledge with healthcare professionals. Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-changing environment while managing multiple priorities and projects. Strong organizational skills, independence, and effective time management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a welcoming and non-judgmental approach to feedback and new ideas. Ability to build productive relationships with clinical teams and leaders while listening carefully to their needs. Preferred qualifications: 5 years of clinical dosimetry experience using Eclipse TPS. Previous teaching or training experience in dosimetry. Customer service experience, particularly in a healthcare or technology-focused environment. Benefits: Annual total on-target earnings (OTE) of $135,000–$155,000. Multiple high-quality medical insurance options with substantial employer premium contributions; depending on the plan selected, contributions may cover the full premium cost. Health coverage effective from the first day of employment. Short-term and long-term disability insurance and supplemental life insurance. 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match that is immediately vested. Self-managed paid time off (PTO) and 10 paid holidays. Monthly internet stipend. Company-provided laptop and a one-time home office setup stipend. Annual reimbursement for professional memberships. Opportunities to attend conferences and participate in continued learning and professional development. Fully remote work environment, with virtual team events and annual company retreats. For team members outside the United States, locally compliant and competitive benefits designed to support health, financial security, and work-life balance.
