Cluster Security Manager

We are currently seeking a Security Manager to join our vibrant POWER CLUSTER of Radisson Hotel Dubai Damac Hills and Park Inn by Radisson Dubai Motor City. Skills and Experience:

As a Security Manager, you bring a heightened sense of vigilance, a commitment to maintaining a secure environment, and a passion for ensuring the safety of our guests and staff to our dedicated Security Team. Your role is crucial in upholding the highest standards of security and safeguarding the well-being of everyone within our hotel premises.

• Supports the smooth running of the safety & security department, where all aspects of safety & security are maintained to the highest levels.
• Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.
• Delivers on plans and objectives where safety & security initiatives & hotel targets are achieved.
• Manages the maintenance team fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department.
• Responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained.
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.
• Delivers an effective planned preventative maintenance program addressing maintenance, environmental and conservation matters.
• Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.
• Salary Package : Basic- 6-9K, Allowances -5.5K, Cluster Allowance- Based on basic salary, Single Status, Premium medical insurance policy, Service Charge

• Proven experience in safety & security with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent managerial skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations.
• Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
