Eligibility requirements

The call is directed to women identified in the official rules as Black (preta or parda), Quilombola, Indigenous or Roma. It supports eligible doctoral-research activities or postdoctoral projects abroad through the DEJ, DES and PDE modalities. Each modality has its own academic and documentation requirements; applicants must confirm the applicable conditions in the official call.

Tips for this fellowship

Practical Job and Scholarship guidance. These tips do not replace official rules or create new eligibility requirements.

  1. Check eligibility, funding coverage, study/project level and every required document before investing time in the application.
  2. Prepare transcripts, references, language tests, proposal/motivation statement and proof documents early.
  3. Separate the scholarship deadline from any university/program admission deadline; they may be different.
  4. Treat “fully funded” as a source fact only when the official provider explicitly confirms the covered costs.

Verification notes

Verified against the current official CNPq Call 20/2026 page and current federal-government program notices. Applications are open through 30 September 2026. The checked official call page states no closing clock time, so deadline_date is used without inventing one. Funding is described only as the official DEJ, DES and PDE overseas scholarship modalities; no individual award amount is inferred.
