Experience using contract lifecycle management systems, ideally Ironclad, as well as AI-powered contract review and management tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex legal issues into clear, actionable business guidance. A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to balance risk management with commercial priorities in a fast-paced environment.
