Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to expedite shipments, meet project deadlines, and align the delivery of lighting fixtures, lamps, and related materials. Manage change orders, including material requirements, pricing adjustments, and associated documentation. Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes with customers or vendors, arrange returns for incorrect, defective, or damaged products, and coordinate replacement materials and credits. Personal qualities: A proactive, flexible, and positive approach, with the ability to work independently, follow direction, adapt to changing business needs, and respond to urgent requests. Professional values: A commitment to integrity, accountability, respect, and high-quality service in all internal and external business interactions. Work environment: Comfort working extensively on a computer throughout the working day and managing detailed administrative and coordination tasks. Benefits: Competitive compensation: Base salary starting at $65,000+ per year , depending on relevant skills, qualifications, experience, training, education, certifications, and market considerations.
