You will prospect business owners, build referral networks, manage a sales pipeline, and use technology-enabled tools to drive consistent new business revenue. Advise prospects on commercial insurance products including General Liability, Property, Business Owner’s Policies, Workers’ Compensation, Commercial Auto, Umbrella, and related coverage. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to expand account relationships and grow premium. Maintain organized and accurate sales pipelines, account information, and follow-up activities. Deliver a high-quality client experience that builds trust, retention, referrals, and long-term relationships. Continuously refine sales strategies and share successful approaches with colleagues in a collaborative, high-performance environment. Requirements: Active Property & Casualty license in 5+ states, with particular demand for licenses including Texas, Florida, New York, California, and Massachusetts. 5+ years of demonstrated success as a licensed insurance agent, with a strong focus on Commercial Lines new business sales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new business sales targets, ideally in a nationally focused sales environment. Deep understanding of commercial insurance products, policies, coverage structures, and carrier underwriting guidelines. Hands-on proficiency with agency management systems such as Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft, or EZLynx for quoting and account management. Strong CRM experience with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho. Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline from prospecting and qualification through quoting, negotiation, and close. Hunter mentality with a consistent drive to generate opportunities and win new business. Exceptional communication, persuasion, relationship-building, and closing skills. Ability to build credibility and rapport with business owners and translate insurance needs into appropriate coverage solutions. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership over sales performance and financial results. Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to managing opportunities, accounts, and follow-up. Comfortable learning and adopting new technologies, with training provided where needed. Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment. Benefits: $50,000–$55,000 base salary plus discretionary bonus. Fully remote work with flexibility and autonomy. Full-time W2 employment. Medical, dental, and vision insurance. Company-paid life and disability insurance. Generous paid time off and paid holidays. Professional development and continuing education opportunities. Internal employee wellness programs. Opportunity to sell commercial insurance nationally across multiple states. Broad carrier access and technology-enabled sales support. High degree of ownership over sales pipeline, accounts, and performance. Opportunity to build trusted relationships with business owners and advise them on meaningful risk protection.
