Full job description
The role coordinates the construction portfolio, prepares annual workplans, works with government counterparts, develops design and technical documents, supports procurement, and monitors construction projects and quality on site.
Requirements & qualifications
An advanced university degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, architecture or a relevant field is required, together with at least five years of relevant project-management, site-supervision, quality-assurance or directly related technical experience. Fluency in French and English is required.
