Full job description
The specialist will plan, coordinate and monitor school infrastructure, review technical and design documents, support procurement, oversee project implementation and quality, and coordinate with government and partners while meeting UNICEF and World Bank environmental, social and fiduciary requirements.
Requirements & qualifications
Applicants need an advanced university degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, architecture or a related field, at least five years of relevant project/site supervision or quality-assurance experience, experience with school/basic infrastructure in developing-country contexts, and fluency in French and English.
