About the Team/Service/ LocationOur team consists of 5 consultants, 2 RMOs (with an Advance trainee possible), 3-4 sonographers, 2-3 Cardiac Physiologists, 2 Nurse Practitioners, 3 senior nurses including dedicated Heart Function and Cardiac Rehab nurses and a large registered nurse team that supports outpatients, cath lab and ward operations. Our device programme supports over 1000 patients and implants 130-160 devices a year, both acutely and electively. Hawkes Bay is currently piloting a fortnightly regional PCI programme and is looking to develop a formal acute CTCA programme.
