The Role Veeva Systems is looking for professionals, who wish to become experts in the Veeva Commercial Cloud product suite, who have a passion for helping customers achieve their business vision, and who wish to participate in the transformation of the global Life Sciences Industry. In this position, you will work as a Managed Services Consultant of our Professional Services Organization, providing post-implementation application consulting and technical administration as a subject matter expert of Veeva Commercial Solutions to the pharmaceutical customers located in China.

What You’ll Do

• Provide overall application expertise and knowledge to customer, serving as a trusted advisor for Veeva solutions.

• Engage with customer to gather, analyze, clarify business requirements, translate them into practical system solutions.

• Assess customer requirements against Veeva product capabilities and recommend best-fit solutions; Configure and implement system changes to meet customer needs.

• Provide industry and product best practice, proactively advise customers and educate on effective use of Veeva solutions.

• Partner with Veeva product teams to communicate customer feedback, identify product gaps and contribute to product enhancements

• Tier 2/3 application support, troubleshoot complex issues, identify root cause and drive timely resolution

• Environment management activities

• Support customer ongoing BAU administration and maintenance, including user management, security, territory management, reporting, integrations and bulk data loading.

• Ad-hoc training to educate customer admins and enable customer to manage the system independently

• Proactive identify opportunities to improve system performance, operational efficiency, and customer experience through continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications And Requirements

• At least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related degrees

• 5+ years working experience in the IT industry

• 3+ years software development experience with hands-on experience in Python/Java

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience (Requirement gathering, business analysis, stakeholder communication, etc.)

• Fluent in English verbal and written

• Hardworking and can-do attitude

• Fast learner, willingness to grow and open to changing priorities and environments

Nice To Have

• Consulting experience, BA experience, Customer service experience

• Veeva CRM, Network, OpenData knowledge

• Knowledge and applicable experience in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences
