This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Consultor Sênior GLPI based in Brazil. We are seeking an experienced Senior GLPI Consultant to support a retail-sector client in optimizing its IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and platform capabilities. In this fully remote role, you will act as a trusted advisor, connecting business stakeholders with technical teams to translate organizational needs into effective technology solutions. You will contribute to the implementation and continuous evolution of GLPI, ensuring that requirements, priorities, and deliverables remain aligned with business objectives. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will facilitate discussions, manage requirements, and help drive initiatives that improve operational efficiency and service quality. This position combines functional consulting, product ownership principles, and strategic stakeholder management in a complex corporate environment. Act as a trusted advisor to the client, developing a thorough understanding of business needs and translating them into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams. Serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, maintaining alignment on expectations, proposed solutions, priorities, and deliverables. Support the implementation strategy and ongoing evolution of the GLPI platform, with a primary focus on the IT Service Management (ITSM) module. Lead requirements discovery, refinement, and prioritization activities, adopting a consultative approach focused on business value and measurable outcomes. Manage and organize the requirements backlog, supporting the planning and prioritization of enhancements and new platform capabilities. Monitor the development lifecycle to ensure that delivered solutions meet agreed requirements, quality standards, and project timelines. Contribute to functional architecture discussions, ensuring that proposed solutions follow best practices and align with the relevant ServiceNow framework and platform standards, without taking on the formal role of architect. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, including requirements workshops, refinement sessions, progress updates, status reports, and executive presentations. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, process automation, and operational optimization within the platform. Work closely with the client in a functional consulting and product ownership capacity, maintaining a strong focus on business priorities, stakeholder satisfaction, and results. Promote collaboration across business and technical teams to ensure effective communication, timely decisions, and successful delivery of initiatives. Requirements: Solid professional experience as a GLPI Consultant, particularly with the IT Service Management (ITSM) module. Proven experience acting as an interface between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into functional requirements. Strong background in requirements gathering, backlog management, demand analysis, and the planning of platform enhancements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical professionals and executive-level decision-makers. Strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to evaluate business challenges and recommend solutions aligned with organizational objectives. Experience working in complex corporate environments involving multiple teams, stakeholders, and interconnected processes. Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills, including the ability to lead discussions, manage competing priorities, and build consensus around proposed solutions. A consultative mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement, business value, and measurable outcomes. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining close collaboration with client stakeholders and delivery teams. Desirable: Knowledge of additional GLPI modules and their applications across different business processes. Desirable: ITSM module certification.
