ABOUT THE ROLE Join an early-stage B2B SaaS sales intelligence startup as a Content Creator, working directly with the founder. You will turn the work of building an AI startup into engaging content that grows an audience and connects relevant people with the business. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Write posts, threads, product stories, and company updates for LinkedIn and X.
- Plan, film, and edit short videos, interviews, product demos, and longer YouTube content.
- Work with the founder to shape conversations, ideas, and everyday moments into authentic personal brand content.
- Capture startup activities and find compelling stories in customer calls, events, launches, and day-to-day work.
- Repurpose recordings into platform-specific formats, adapting hooks and presentation for each channel.
- Manage the content calendar, publish consistently, engage with replies, and use performance data to guide future content. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 2 years of experience creating and publishing content across social platforms such as LinkedIn, X, YouTube, or TikTok.
- Hands-on ability to write, film, edit, caption, and publish content independently, including short-form video under 5 minutes.
- A portfolio of published work demonstrating platform-specific writing, storytelling, pacing, and hooks.
- Experience creating social posts and threads for professional or founder accounts, repurposing content, managing a regular publishing schedule, and reviewing performance metrics.
- Curiosity about AI, technology, or startups; experience with founder or executive content and longer YouTube videos is a plus. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: $0 to $75,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in San Francisco, California, United States.
