Full job description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Contract Full-Cycle Recruiter based in Mexico. We are seeking an experienced Contract Full-Cycle Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment engagements across diverse professional specialties and seniority levels. In this remote, independent-contractor role, you will lead searches from intake and sourcing through candidate assessment, presentation, and placement. You will collaborate closely with clients and candidates to deliver a high-touch, consultative recruitment experience. Combining strategic search planning with hands-on execution, you will build qualified talent pipelines and maintain clear communication throughout the hiring process. You will also use recruiting technology and sourcing platforms to keep searches organized, efficient, and measurable. This opportunity offers flexible working hours and the chance to contribute to professional and executive recruitment engagements in a dynamic consulting environment.
As a Contract Full-Cycle Recruiter, you will take ownership of assigned recruitment engagements, ensuring that each search is strategically planned, efficiently executed, and aligned with client expectations. You will manage candidate relationships, maintain accurate recruiting records, and communicate progress and potential challenges proactively. Take ownership of assigned recruitment searches following client engagement confirmation, ensuring continuity across client relationships, candidate communications, records, and next steps. Lead recruitment intake discussions to clarify role requirements, business context, essential and preferred qualifications, success profiles, interview processes, and hiring timelines. Develop tailored search strategies and manage full-cycle recruitment assignments from intake through placement, delivering defined recruitment services for fractional engagements. Build targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, applicant databases, direct outreach, and other relevant channels. Create or coordinate job postings, review applications, identify qualified prospects, and develop strong candidate pipelines. Conduct structured screening and interviews to assess candidates' experience, skills, education, motivations, and career objectives against agreed selection criteria. Present qualified candidates with clear, evidence-based summaries highlighting relevant strengths, alignment, and potential considerations. Serve as the primary recruitment delivery contact for assigned engagements, establishing communication schedules and providing timely progress updates. Keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process, prepare them for interviews, coordinate scheduling, and communicate decisions and next steps. Coordinate client feedback, interview stages, selection activities, and offer communications while respecting client authority over hiring and compensation decisions. Maintain accurate and complete records in Zoho Recruit or the designated applicant tracking system, including requisitions, candidate stages, screening notes, outreach activities, dispositions, and reporting data. Use LinkedIn Recruiter, comparable sourcing tools, and relevant job boards to identify talent, engage passive candidates, and optimize sourcing channels. Monitor pipeline progress, candidate feedback, sourcing effectiveness, and search timelines, adjusting recruitment strategies when necessary. Manage assigned work within agreed weekly hours, escalating capacity constraints, conflicting priorities, or delivery risks promptly to the reporting manager. Requirements: The ideal candidate brings substantial full-cycle recruiting experience, strong sourcing capabilities, and the organizational discipline needed to manage multiple searches independently. You should combine a consultative approach with sound judgment, clear communication, confidentiality, and consistent attention to detail. At least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with direct responsibility for searches from intake and sourcing through candidate presentation and placement. Experience recruiting across multiple professional specialties, business functions, or seniority levels, with the ability to adapt sourcing and assessment strategies to different talent markets. Hands-on experience with multiple applicant tracking systems (ATS), with the ability to learn new platforms quickly. Relevant systems may include Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, and Workday Recruiting. Demonstrated ability to use an ATS to manage requisitions, candidate stages, screening notes, dispositions, reporting, and data quality. Practical experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, or comparable professional sourcing platforms, including targeted searches, passive candidate outreach, and pipeline management. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage concurrent searches while maintaining reliable follow-through, accurate records, and consistent candidate communication. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build professional relationships, advise clients, assess candidates, and communicate recruitment progress clearly. A consultative and resourceful mindset, combining creative talent discovery with structured search execution and evidence-based candidate assessment. Ability to work independently, manage changing priorities, protect confidential information, and escalate decisions requiring client or management approval. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a consistent, professional experience for clients and candidates. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in human resources. Background in agency recruitment, retained executive search, or contract recruiting. Experience managing difficult-to-fill professional or executive-level searches. Familiarity with Zoho Recruit and recruitment workflows involving LinkedIn and multi-channel job distribution. Benefits: Competitive hourly compensation of $55–$60. Remote working arrangement. Flexible workload of approximately 10–30 hours per week, depending on active searches and business needs. Independent-contractor engagement offering autonomy over assigned recruitment delivery. Exposure to diverse professional and executive recruitment assignments. Opportunity to strengthen expertise in sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, client consultation, and recruitment operations.
