Jeeves is looking for an exceptional Technical Recruiter to join our Global People Team and own hiring for our Engineering, Product, and Data organizations. You'll partner directly with engineering leaders to build pipelines for backend, infrastructure, mobile, data, and product roles across our global teams — and you'll shape how we scale technical hiring as the company grows. This role reports to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition. Our ideal candidate has recruited technical talent at a fintech or software company and has start-up experience. You should be comfortable reading a system design job description, holding your own in a conversation with a staff engineer, and building sourcing strategies that go well beyond LinkedIn Recruiter. You'll run full-cycle: deep sourcing, technical screening, market mapping, candidate experience, and closing. Location: This is a full-time remote position. #LI-REMOTE
Own full-cycle recruiting across open go-to-market requisitions, spanning SDR through Sales Manager roles, as well as revenue operations and partnerships positions. Develop and execute outbound sourcing strategies. The majority of our go-to-market talent is passive, and identifying and engaging those candidates is the core of this role. Partner with sales leadership on role calibration — market realities, compensation positioning, and where requirements may need to be adjusted to meet hiring timelines. Maintain accurate and current pipeline data in Lever, ensuring hiring managers and leadership have clear visibility at all times. Deliver a consistent, professional candidate experience throughout, with timely communication at every stage.
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including substantive go-to-market hiring across sales, SDR, revenue operations or partnerships roles. Fluent English is required. Our hiring managers and leadership team operate in English, and you will participate in those conversations daily. Fluent Portuguese required; Spanish is a significant advantage given the markets these roles cover. Based in Brazil. Demonstrated sourcing capability across Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referral networks and competitive mapping. Prior contract or agency experience is preferred, particularly a track record of joining active searches and producing results quickly. Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system; experience with Lever is a plus. Practical fluency with AI tools in a recruiting context. Our workflows are built around them, and we expect the same approach from this role. Able to work independently with limited supervision following initial briefing and context-setting.
3–6 month contract, with potential extension subject to hiring volume. Full-time hours, with an immediate start preferred. Remote within Brazil. Our São Paulo office is available should you wish to use it.
