Avis de recrutement 2026-310. The role carries government index scale 362–482. Monégasque candidates selected through the competition enter a 12-month trainee civil-service period; selected foreign candidates are hired as fixed-term State contract agents with a three-month probation period.
Requirements & qualifications
Applicants must hold either a two-year higher-education qualification in radiocommunications or physical measurements plus at least four years of professional experience in radiocommunications, or a baccalaureate/equivalent in those fields plus at least eight years of radiocommunications experience. A category B driving licence, strong radio-measurement knowledge, proficiency in French and English, computer skills and good moral standing are required. Monégasque nationality receives statutory employment priority.
