This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Corporate Recruiter - Skilled Trades Staffing based in United States. This is a hands-on recruiting role focused on identifying and attracting strong talent for internal corporate positions. You will own key stages of the recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through interviews, coordination, and hiring. The role combines strategic partnership with hiring managers and high-quality candidate engagement to support business growth. You will use a range of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media, to build effective talent pipelines. Success requires strong communication, organization, judgment, and the ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-moving environment. You will also help shape compelling job postings and deliver a professional, competitive candidate experience throughout the process. This opportunity is well suited to an experienced recruiter who enjoys working collaboratively and making a measurable impact on hiring.

Source, screen, and interview candidates for internal corporate roles using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other recruiting channels. Develop and maintain effective candidate pipelines for multiple open positions. Write and publish compelling, accurate job descriptions across relevant recruiting platforms. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, clarify role requirements, and provide informed recruiting guidance. Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and serve as a strategic recruiting partner throughout the hiring process. Conduct behavioral-based interviews and assess candidates against required skills, experience, and organizational fit. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring an efficient and well-organized process. Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Deliver a positive and competitive candidate experience that supports the attraction and engagement of high-quality talent. Manage multiple searches and competing priorities while maintaining recruiting quality and meeting deadlines. Requirements 5+ years of professional recruiting experience. Previous experience recruiting within the skilled trades or staffing industry is preferred. Strong sourcing capabilities and experience using a variety of recruiting channels and talent-search techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with candidates and stakeholders at all levels. Experience conducting behavioral-based interviews and evaluating candidates against job requirements. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Strong business acumen and the ability to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective recruiting strategies. Articulate, professional communication style and strong relationship-building skills. Collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and take ownership of recruiting assignments. Benefits Remote position available anywhere in the United States.
