This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Corporate Relations Officer based in United States. This role supports corporate partnership growth by developing relationships with companies that can provide medicines, medical supplies, healthcare products, and financial support. You will help expand a portfolio of corporate donors while identifying new prospects across the pharmaceutical, medical device, OTC, and healthcare supply sectors. The position combines business development, donor relationship management, fundraising, research, and strategic communications. You will manage relationships and deliverables across assigned accounts while contributing to broader team revenue and engagement goals. The role also involves developing proposals, presentations, reports, and compelling donor communications that demonstrate the impact of corporate partnerships. You will collaborate closely with teams across partnerships, marketing, operations, finance, compliance, and program development. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity with approximately 10–25% travel for conferences, events, and donor engagement.

Identify and research prospective corporate donors, particularly pharmaceutical, medical device, OTC, hygiene, and healthcare supply companies. Conduct detailed prospect research covering corporate social responsibility priorities, product portfolios, partnership strategies, employee engagement programs, and corporate foundations. Monitor industry developments, conferences, events, and other sources to identify new partnership opportunities. Support the development of prospecting and engagement strategies targeting corporate leadership, employees, and corporate foundations. Develop and manage engagement plans for new gift-in-kind (GIK) donor prospects and contribute to broader corporate relationship development. Represent the organization at approved industry conferences, events, and gatherings, building relationships with assigned prospects and supporting organization-wide donor engagement. Manage and deepen relationships with major pharmaceutical and healthcare corporate partners, including communication, meeting preparation, agendas, follow-up, and administrative requirements. Contribute to annual gift-in-kind and cash fundraising goals by cultivating existing relationships and developing new opportunities. Prepare presentations and engagement materials for corporate employees, leadership teams, and other key stakeholders. Write grant requests and funding proposals for product and cash donations and manage associated reporting and donor feedback requirements. Support corporate donor audits through preparation of requested reports, documentation, and communications. Maintain accurate and timely CRM records for assigned donor portfolios. Follow established communication plans to maintain regular engagement through annual reports, tax and receiving reports, shipping updates, impact stories, presentations, and other communications. Support corporate disaster-relief fundraising and donor engagement during humanitarian crises. Participate in subject matter expert responsibilities and contribute to data visualization and presentation development. Collaborate with partnership, marketing, operations, finance, compliance, and program teams on special projects supporting organizational growth and strategic priorities. Requirements Bachelor's degree required. 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare supply industry engagement, nonprofit organizations, or a related field preferred. Experience in gift-in-kind procurement, sales, fundraising, business development, or marketing is desirable. Project management experience is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally with corporate partners and senior stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships and provide excellent donor service. Ability to independently lead productive meetings, manage follow-up activities, and maintain momentum across multiple relationships. Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects simultaneously. Self-directed and confident, with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team. Strong judgment and decision-making skills, including the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams. Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred. Strong telephone and interpersonal communication skills, with clear diction and a professional, relationship-focused approach. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail. Fluency in written and spoken English is required. Ability to travel approximately 10–25% for conferences, events, meetings, and donor engagement. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including prolonged computer-based work and occasional lifting or moving of items weighing up to 40 pounds. Benefits Full-time, fully remote work arrangement within the United States. Approximately 10–25% travel for industry conferences, events, and corporate partner engagement. Opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with corporate partners across the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Mission-driven work supporting access to medicines, healthcare products, and resources for communities in need worldwide. Cross-functional collaboration with partnership, marketing, operations, finance, compliance, and program teams. Opportunities to contribute to corporate fundraising, strategic partnerships, humanitarian response, and organizational growth initiatives. Professional development through industry engagement, subject matter expertise, and special projects. Supportive team environment focused on collaboration, relationship building, and measurable impact.
