Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Creative Director based in United States. This role will lead the development of a high-performing creator and talent partnership function within a fast-growing consumer brand environment. You’ll identify and build relationships with creators, influencers, athletes, celebrities, and brand ambassadors who can drive meaningful brand impact. The position combines talent sourcing, relationship management, commercial negotiation, and performance analysis. You’ll work closely with creative, social, paid media, brand, and performance teams to align talent partnerships with broader growth objectives. Build and manage a proactive pipeline of creators, influencers, celebrities, athletes, and brand ambassadors across relevant platforms and talent networks. Develop scalable sourcing and outreach strategies through social platforms, agencies, management companies, and direct engagement. Recruit and manage talent capable of producing organic content, paid social assets, audience reach, engagement, and measurable commercial performance. Build trusted relationships with creators, talent managers, agents, and agencies while identifying opportunities with high-profile talent. Own partnerships end to end, from initial outreach and negotiation through contracting, onboarding, execution, and ongoing relationship management. Negotiate compensation, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, licensing, affiliate structures, and longer-term partnership agreements. Partner with creative, social, paid media, brand, and performance teams to identify talent requirements and partnership opportunities. Evaluate talent based on audience quality, engagement, content quality, brand alignment, and commercial potential. Monitor partnership performance, including content results, cost per asset, engagement, and attributable revenue. Establish a repeatable creator and talent acquisition engine that can scale as the organization grows. Requirements: 4–6+ years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, talent partnerships, talent management, brand partnerships, or a related field. Proven experience proactively sourcing and recruiting creators, influencers, celebrities, athletes, or other high-profile talent. Existing relationships with creators, influencers, talent managers, agents, or agencies are a plus. Experience working with celebrities, athletes, entertainers, or other high-profile personalities is desirable. Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, UGC, creator culture, influencer marketing, and social content ecosystems. Demonstrated experience negotiating talent partnerships and managing relationships throughout the full partnership lifecycle. Knowledge of content rights, paid usage, exclusivity, licensing, compensation models, and partnership structures. Ability to assess talent using a combination of qualitative judgment, audience insights, and performance data. Experience sourcing creator content for Meta and TikTok advertising is a plus. Experience managing affiliate or ambassador programs is a plus. Background in health, wellness, fitness, beauty, lifestyle, consumer, or DTC brands is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Highly organized, proactive, autonomous, and comfortable creating a new function and processes from the ground up. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Must be comfortable traveling to New York City occasionally for a remote role. Benefits: Full-time remote position based in the United States. Opportunity to build and lead a scalable creator and talent partnership function. High level of autonomy and ownership within a growth-focused environment. Collaboration with creative, social, paid media, brand, and performance teams. Opportunity to work with creators, athletes, celebrities, and other high-profile talent. Exposure to a fast-moving consumer, wellness, and performance-focused business.
