Full job description

At Linear, we are creating a new standard for modern software development. We are building the tools that empower the next generation of high-impact companies to do their best work. Linear's project management software is designed based on the practices and processes that distinguish world-class product teams from the rest: relentless focus, fast execution, and a commitment to the quality of craft. Founded in 2019, Linear has become the default tool of choice for high-performance teams to build their products. A fully remote company from the start, our team is distributed across the US, Latin America, and Europe. No matter where we come from, we are makers at our core. We love new challenges and care deeply about the quality of our work. Role summary We're looking for a Creative Producer to help bring Linear's creative work to life. You'll work closely with Linear's internal creative studio, the Magic team, to manage projects across brand, marketing, and product launches. In this role, you'll help keep our creative team focused and moving forward. From managing incoming requests and coordinating projects to tracking timelines and aligning stakeholders, you'll make sure great ideas turn into great work that ship on time. What you’ll do

  • Manage creative projects from initial brief through production and delivery, keeping timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders aligned
  • Own the intake and coordination of creative requests across teams, helping prioritize work and allocate resources effectively
  • Work closely with the Creative Director to plan projects, manage priorities, and keep the team's workload organized
  • Coordinate designers, engineers, copywriters, and external collaborators to ensure projects move forward smoothly
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and other teams to align on project goals, priorities, timelines, and deliverables
  • Maintain clear project documentation, timelines, and status updates, ensuring everyone has visibility into ongoing work
  • Identify potential blockers early, resolve dependencies, and continuously improve how the creative team operates What we’re looking for
  • 5+ years of experience in creative production, project management, or a similar role at a tech company or creative agency or in-house studio
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with creative teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • A proactive, self-directed approach with strong ownership and attention to detail
  • Good creative judgment and an appreciation for high-quality design and craftsmanship
  • Experience working with designers, developers, and other creative disciplines
  • Bonus: A background in design or hands-on experience with creative tools and workflows What we offer
  • Interesting and challenging work
  • Work-life balance
  • Competitive salary and equity
  • Employee-friendly equity terms (early exercise, extended exercise)
  • Stipend to set up your home office
  • Paid lunch and coffee during workdays
  • Work remotely, no commuting to the office
  • Paid co-working space/desk at an office
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (US)
