If so, lets talk. Your role and responsibilities Cover multiple clients (remotely and onsite) for Logo and MVS servers Support incident handling, account support, and project services. Manage escalation to IBM Global SME and become the local interface to client. Manage escalation to OEM or TPM, and become the local interface to client. • Required education Associate's Degree/College Diploma Preferred education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise At least 1 year of experience as System Service Representative for IT Projects / Professional services Familiarity with Primary x86 Servers, Secondary Tape Storage and IBM Power Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia & English to be able to discuss and communicate business/technical subjects with clients.
