Ensure completed implementations and enhancements transition successfully into ongoing support with appropriate documentation, knowledge transfer, environment information, and open-item tracking. Apply recognized project management best practices and delivery standards while contributing to sales, marketing, implementation activities, or administrative initiatives when required.
