DAAD scholarship for arts graduates applying from Mali to continue postgraduate study in Fine Art, Design, Visual Communication or Film in Germany.
Complete scholarship details
The scholarship supports a master's/postgraduate degree or an eligible complementary course. Current funding is €992 per month plus an applicable travel allowance, a one-off study allowance and payments toward health, accident and personal liability insurance. DAAD does not cover tuition fees.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants need a first university degree in an arts field. As a rule, the degree should be no more than six years old at the application deadline; full-time attendance study is required; applicants must not have resided in Germany for more than 15 months at the deadline; and the language requirements of the intended host programme must be met.
