DAAD scholarship for music graduates applying from Mali for postgraduate music study or eligible advanced study at a state German college of music.

Degree study can be funded for 10 to 24 months and eligible advanced non-degree study for 12 months. The current award provides €992 per month, an applicable travel allowance, a one-off study allowance, and health, accident and personal liability insurance support. DAAD does not cover tuition fees.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants should have a first degree in Music by the start of funding, or have exhausted available training for their instrument or subject in a country where no degree is offered. As a rule, the degree should be no more than six years old at the deadline, applicants must not have resided in Germany for more than 15 months before the deadline, and the host institution's language requirements must be met.
