Apply advanced statistical analysis and modeling techniques to evaluate clinical management program effectiveness and establish repeatable measures of performance and efficacy. Conduct detailed pharmacy claims analyses to identify trends, investigate discrepancies, and resolve reporting variances between internal systems and third-party data providers. Prepare and present quarterly performance reviews, customized client reports, and ad hoc analyses that address strategic business questions and client needs. Translate complex analytical findings into clear insights, practical recommendations, and compelling presentations for client discussions, business reviews, and internal decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve analytical processes, strengthen data quality, and develop scalable reporting and data management solutions. Enhance analytical infrastructure by implementing data preparation tools, automated reporting solutions, and more efficient analytical workflows. Lead the development of analytical frameworks, methodologies, and measurement approaches that support business priorities and strategic initiatives. Partner with stakeholders to identify and evaluate opportunities for new analytical products, assess technical challenges, and recommend approaches for operationalizing solutions. Gather, clarify, and document business and client requirements to ensure analytical deliverables address relevant needs and objectives. Incorporate stakeholder feedback into reports, dashboards, and analytical products to improve accuracy, usability, and business relevance. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, promoting analytical rigor, consistent standards, and best practices across the team. Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. 4–6 years of experience in quantitative analytics, including advanced analytical modeling and analysis of large datasets. At least 4 years of industry experience querying and analyzing pharmacy benefit management claims data. Expert-level proficiency in SQL, including the ability to query, manipulate, validate, and analyze complex datasets. Strong understanding of relational databases, database structures, and data management principles. Experience using data and analytics services within cloud environments, preferably AWS. Demonstrated ability to evaluate trends, interpret complex data, and communicate meaningful findings to strategic clients during calls, presentations, and business reviews. Experience gathering, clarifying, and documenting requirements from clients or business stakeholders and translating them into effective analytical solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings to both technical and nontechnical audiences. Experience developing analytical tools, business memos, presentations, and reporting materials that support data-driven decision-making. Proven ability to guide analytical standards, mentor junior team members, and contribute to continuous improvement across a team. Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving, particularly when investigating claims discrepancies and validating reporting accuracy. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across customer success, clinical, operational, and technical teams. Preferred qualifications include experience in clinical navigation, 5+ years of pharmacy benefit management experience, Python programming, dbt, version control systems, and hands-on AWS implementation. A client-focused mindset and a strong interest in using analytics to improve healthcare services, clinical program performance, and pharmacy benefit value. Benefits: Annual salary range: $95,000–$135,000, depending on geographic location, experience, and qualifications. Eligibility for additional bonus compensation. Equity compensation. Remote work opportunity within the United States. The opportunity to work on meaningful healthcare analytics that help clients understand performance, improve clinical programs, and optimize pharmacy benefits.
