As a Data and Reporting Professional, you will transform complex data from multiple sources into accurate, actionable insights that support business decisions and operational performance. You will design, develop, and maintain automated reports, interactive dashboards, and self-service reporting tools that make information accessible to key stakeholders. Working with SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data technologies, you will help streamline reporting processes and improve data accessibility across the organization. You will collaborate with business teams to understand reporting needs, translate requirements into effective solutions, and deliver reliable datasets and performance metrics. This fully remote opportunity offers the chance to apply your analytical and technical expertise in a collaborative, data-driven healthcare environment. You will have the autonomy to manage varied assignments, solve reporting challenges, and contribute to continuous improvements in data quality, efficiency, and business intelligence.

Integrate and consolidate data from multiple sources to produce accurate datasets, reports, and information required by business stakeholders. Develop, generate, and maintain ad hoc reports and recurring reporting solutions using database queries, scripts, and available reporting tools. Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards, report templates, automated data generators, standardized reports, and self-service information resources. Use SQL and/or SAS to retrieve, manipulate, validate, and analyze data in support of business reporting requirements. Develop and maintain reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate to improve accessibility, automate workflows, and reduce manual reporting tasks. Create and refine report specifications based on business requests, ensuring that reporting outputs align with stakeholder needs and operational objectives. Apply advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and graphs, to organize, analyze, and present information effectively. Ensure reporting outputs are consistent, accurate, and relevant by reviewing data sources, validating results, and following established procedures and guidelines. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, clarify business questions, and translate them into practical technical solutions. Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automate repetitive tasks, and develop self-service tools that enable users to access information independently. Manage a varied workload with a high degree of independence, exercising sound judgment when interpreting requirements and determining appropriate approaches to assignments. Apply an understanding of departmental objectives and broader organizational priorities to ensure reporting activities support business goals. Maintain documentation, reporting standards, and established workflows to promote consistency, reliability, and effective information management. Work within a fully remote environment, maintaining appropriate data confidentiality and protecting sensitive healthcare information in accordance with applicable privacy and security requirements. Requirements: At least one year of technical experience in data reporting, business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field. At least one year of experience using SQL and/or SAS for querying, processing, or analyzing data. At least one year of experience with Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, graphs, and data manipulation techniques. Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to integrate information from multiple sources and convert data into clear, useful reporting outputs. Ability to interpret business requirements, identify appropriate reporting methods, and independently determine effective approaches to assignments. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy, consistency, confidentiality, and quality. Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to understand stakeholder needs and present information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet reporting deadlines. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following established procedures and seeking guidance when appropriate. A dedicated, quiet home workspace that protects confidential and sensitive information, including protected health information (PHI). Reliable home internet service with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps. A wired cable, DSL, or wireless connection is suggested, and upgraded service may be required if business needs demand it. Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, for a total of 40 hours per week. Willingness to travel occasionally to company offices for training or meetings when required.
