You'll be at the heart of maintaining the infrastructure that powers global innovation, solving complex technical challenges, and ensuring uninterrupted service for millions of customers worldwide.
Technicians in our Data Center Operations team perform hands-on hardware maintenance, including server installation, replacement, and troubleshooting of failed components like hard drives, memory modules, and network cards.

Key job responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and network infrastructure issues with precision and efficiency
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement preventative solutions

Basic Qualifications
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Knowledge of server hardware and components
- Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
