Dayforce Solution Architect

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Dayforce Solution Architect based in United States. This remote contract role leads the architecture and end-to-end delivery of Ceridian Dayforce HCM solutions for complex enterprise environments. You will translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions spanning HR, Payroll, Time, Benefits, and Workforce Management. The position combines deep functional expertise with technical architecture, integration strategy, and hands-on solution design. You will collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and technical teams throughout discovery, blueprinting, configuration, and deployment. The role also provides technical leadership to ensure solution integrity, adoption, and long-term optimization. This is an opportunity to influence enterprise HCM transformation initiatives while applying best practices across the Dayforce ecosystem.

Lead the architecture, configuration, integration strategy, and end-to-end delivery of Dayforce HCM solutions. Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing Dayforce architectures. Design solutions across multiple Dayforce modules, including Payroll, Time, Workforce Management, Benefits, HR, Recruiting, and Onboarding. Lead discovery, blueprinting, requirements analysis, and solution design sessions with clients and stakeholders. Define and oversee integration strategies, ensuring effective connectivity between Dayforce and surrounding enterprise systems. Ensure solution integrity, architectural consistency, and adherence to Dayforce and HCM best practices. Provide technical guidance throughout implementation, deployment, optimization, and ongoing adoption. Partner with consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders to resolve complex functional and technical challenges. Manage stakeholder relationships across HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and Operations. Support enterprise HCM and HRIS transformation initiatives by aligning technology solutions with business objectives. Identify opportunities to optimize system performance, workflows, integrations, security, and long-term solution adoption. Requirements: 10+ years of experience implementing Dayforce HCM solutions in a lead or solution architect capacity. Deep expertise across multiple Dayforce modules, such as Payroll, Time, Workforce Management, Benefits, HR, Recruiting, and Onboarding. Strong understanding of the Dayforce data model, workflows, security, and Continuous Calculation capabilities. Hands-on experience with Dayforce APIs, web services, XML, and integration frameworks. Proven experience leading discovery, blueprinting, requirements, and solution design sessions. Experience delivering enterprise-scale HCM or HRIS transformation projects. Strong understanding of HCM solution architecture, integration patterns, and enterprise technology environments. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, Operations, and technical teams. Ability to work independently while providing strong architectural leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Benefits: 6-month contract assignment. Fully remote position. ASAP start date.
