Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Delivery Solutions Architect - Public Sector (DOW, DHS, Intelligence Community) based in the United States. The Delivery Solutions Architect will lead post-sale technical strategy and delivery for complex public sector customers, helping them turn data and AI investments into measurable business outcomes. This role bridges technical architecture, customer success, and strategic account growth, ensuring that selected solutions move successfully from technical approval into production. You will collaborate with customer executives, engineering teams, sales, and specialized technical resources to accelerate platform adoption and optimize performance. The position requires ownership of delivery roadmaps, stakeholder alignment, technical escalations, and customer enablement across multiple use cases. You will also guide adoption strategies, monitor customer health, and coordinate resources to maximize the value of data and AI workloads. This is a remote, East Coast-based opportunity suited to a technically credible leader who thrives in complex customer environments and can travel up to 30% as needed. U.S. citizenship is required due to federal contract and classified-site access requirements.

Partner with Solutions Architects to understand and prioritize customer use cases, demand plans, and technical delivery needs. Lead post-sale technical account strategy and execution for the majority of use cases within strategic public sector accounts. Serve as the accountable technical lead across customer use cases, multiple sales teams, and internal stakeholders, guiding onboarding, enablement, implementation, go-live, and sustained platform consumption. Act as the primary point of contact for technical questions and escalations related to production readiness and go-live status across complex customer environments. Coordinate shared services, user education, onboarding, technical services, and support resources, escalating specialized technical challenges to the appropriate experts. Develop and execute plans to accelerate key use cases into production, including coordinating with Professional Services teams on engagement proposals. Work with Product and Engineering teams to support access to product innovations, private previews, and upgrades. Build integrated execution plans covering use cases progressing from technical approval to production, user enablement and growth, product adoption, and broader adoption of the Lakehouse architecture. Identify and address operational needs related to existing investments, including cloud cost management, performance tuning, and optimization. Establish executive and operational governance processes to maintain alignment, accountability, and progress across customer initiatives. Provide internal and external updates, including KPI reporting on platform usage, customer health, investment status, risks, product adoption, and use-case progression. Collaborate across customer-facing technical teams to ensure coordinated delivery, clear ownership, and measurable outcomes. Build strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders and help resolve complex escalations that may affect delivery, adoption, or customer satisfaction. Requirements: U.S. citizenship is required to meet federal contract requirements and applicable classified-information access obligations. At least 7 years of experience accountable for technical project or program delivery in data and AI, including the ability to contribute meaningfully to customer technical discussions and design decisions. Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala. Background in a customer-facing role such as pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting. Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems. Ability to connect technical deliverables with business value, measurable outcomes, and return on investment. Experience in technical program or project management, including responsibility for account planning, stakeholder relationships, and resource coordination. Demonstrated success managing and resolving complex, high-priority escalations involving senior customer executives. Experience facilitating open-ended discovery workshops, developing strategic roadmaps, conducting business analysis, and managing complex programs or projects through delivery. A track record of exceeding quotas, performance goals, or comparable measurable targets. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. Strong communication, leadership, planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders. Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% as required. Ability to work remotely while collaborating effectively with geographically distributed customer-facing and technical teams. Benefits: Annual base salary range: $180,000–$247,500 USD, with actual compensation determined by factors such as relevant skills, experience, certifications, training, and work location. Performance incentives: Potential eligibility for an annual performance bonus, depending on the compensation structure. Equity compensation: Potential eligibility for equity as part of the overall compensation package. Employee benefits: Access to a comprehensive benefits and perks package, with specific offerings dependent on the employee's region.
