Campaign Tracking and Attribution: Manage UTM standards, campaign tagging, and tracking infrastructure to ensure consistent and reliable attribution across HubSpot and Salesforce. Quality Assurance: Serve as the primary quality control owner for campaign launches, validating links, personalization tokens, workflow logic, email rendering, and overall campaign functionality before deployment. Performance Reporting and Analytics: Build and maintain campaign dashboards, analyze channel-level performance, and deliver actionable insights into engagement, conversion, and funnel effectiveness. Conversion Optimization: Identify performance gaps and opportunities through data analysis, develop testing hypotheses, and design and execute A/B and multivariate tests across email programs and landing pages using tools such as VWO or similar platforms. Sales Enablement and Lead Follow-Up: Support timely follow-up with engaged leads and accounts through Gong call workflows, thank-you emails, and sales enablement materials, helping maintain momentum after meetings and events. Process Improvement and Scalability: Develop reusable campaign templates, streamline recurring workflows, and implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency and support scalable marketing execution. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to align campaign execution with business priorities, share performance findings, and continuously improve demand generation outcomes. Requirements Professional Experience: At least five years of hands-on experience building, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns in HubSpot, with working knowledge of Salesforce. Marketing Automation Expertise: Strong technical proficiency in marketing automation, including workflow configuration, list management, segmentation, forms, dynamic content, lifecycle campaigns, and attribution tracking. Analytical and Reporting Skills: Demonstrated ability to build performance reports, interpret campaign and funnel data, identify conversion opportunities, and translate findings into practical recommendations. Experimentation and Optimization: Experience developing testing hypotheses and executing A/B or multivariate tests. Familiarity with VWO, Optimizely, or HubSpot's native testing capabilities is an advantage. Copywriting and Communication: Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create and refine clear, compelling, and brand-aligned email content for nurture programs and marketing campaigns. Quality and Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to campaign testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance, including the ability to review work completed by other team members. Sales Technology Familiarity: Experience with Gong or comparable sales enablement and engagement platforms is beneficial. Organizational Skills: Strong project management capabilities, sound analytical judgment, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Growth Mindset: A proactive, data-driven approach to problem-solving, with a strong interest in experimentation, process improvement, marketing technology, and scalable campaign execution. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across teams, communicate insights clearly, and balance technical execution with broader marketing and revenue objectives.
