We are looking for an experienced Demand Generation Director to lead integrated demand strategy and execution across the Americas. In this role, you will oversee regional demand planning, sales plays, outreach strategies, and pipeline performance to drive sustainable revenue growth. You will connect Sales, Marketing, Alliances, Advisory Services, and Revenue Operations around shared priorities and measurable commercial outcomes. Using data-driven insights, you will optimize lead conversion, strengthen pipeline quality, and ensure demand-generation initiatives deliver tangible business value. As an individual contributor, you will influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams without direct managerial authority. You will also monitor market trends, refine go-to-market strategies, and guide investment decisions to maximize demand effectiveness. This is an opportunity to shape regional commercial strategy within a collaborative, fast-paced, global technology environment.
Demand Strategy and Planning: Lead the end-to-end regional demand process across the Americas, developing integrated plans that align marketing, sales, and partner activities with pipeline and revenue objectives. Establish planning calendars, define required inputs, and ensure stakeholders deliver against agreed commitments. Demand Investment and Prioritization: Recommend how demand-generation investments should be allocated across market segments, solutions, and routes to market. Analyze performance and adjust priorities to maximize pipeline contribution and commercial impact. Sales Plays and Outreach Execution: Design targeted sales plays and outreach cadences in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Enablement. Oversee execution, account coverage, sequencing, and adherence to agreed timelines while monitoring adoption and results. Pipeline Health and Conversion: Maintain a healthy, predictable pipeline of qualified opportunities by monitoring coverage, quality, and conversion performance. Identify gaps between planned and actual results and implement corrective actions to improve lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close conversion rates. Cross-Functional Coordination: Bring together Sales, Marketing, Alliances, Advisory Services, and other stakeholders to establish shared priorities and coordinated execution. Lead regional Demand Board meetings, document commitments, track progress, and escalate unresolved resource or prioritization issues when necessary. Performance Measurement and Reporting: Track demand-generation effectiveness using pipeline coverage, lead conversion, closed revenue contribution, sales-play adoption, and execution metrics. Provide regular performance updates, identify emerging risks, and recommend actions to improve results. Market and Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market developments, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics to inform demand planning, targeting, and messaging. Collaborate with Product Marketing and Competitive Intelligence teams to keep initiatives aligned with evolving product positioning. Technology and Process Optimization: Partner with Revenue Systems teams to define requirements for CRM, prospecting data, sales engagement, and cadence management platforms. Improve the processes, tools, and operating practices that support effective demand execution. Executive Advisory and Strategic Alignment: Provide leadership with actionable insights on demand forecasting, pipeline risks, regional performance, and commercial opportunities. Represent regional priorities during quarterly business reviews, annual planning, and other strategic decision-making forums. Continuous Improvement: Foster collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence across the demand ecosystem, continuously refining strategies and processes to improve efficiency and business outcomes. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or another analytical discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Professional Experience: At least 10 years of experience in B2B demand generation, demand management, or a closely related go-to-market function. Strategic Expertise: Proven success developing and implementing demand-management strategies at scale, with the ability to translate business objectives into structured plans and measurable outcomes. Analytical Capabilities: Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting complex datasets, evaluating pipeline health, measuring conversion rates, and making data-driven decisions. Sales Execution: Demonstrated experience designing sales plays and outreach cadences, monitoring adoption, and assessing their impact on pipeline generation and revenue performance. Revenue and Business Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial performance, financial drivers, pipeline management, and go-to-market processes, with the ability to connect operational activities to measurable business value. Cross-Functional Influence: Proven ability to build trusted relationships across departments, influence senior stakeholders, and align teams around common objectives without relying on direct reporting authority. Leadership and Communication: Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to set direction, motivate others, and navigate complex organizational dynamics. Organization and Adaptability: Ability to manage competing priorities, make informed decisions, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving business environment. Innovation and Continuous Improvement: A proactive approach to challenging existing processes, identifying opportunities, and implementing improvements that strengthen organizational performance. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a large technology company or a complex, multi-segment, multi-region organization with an established partner ecosystem. Additional Preferred Experience: Familiarity with CRM systems, sales engagement and cadence-management platforms, prospecting and contact data solutions, intent data, and account-based marketing tools. Partner and Field Experience: Experience integrating partner and advisory services into demand-generation plans is an advantage. Previous experience in quota-carrying sales, sales management, or a customer-facing field role is also beneficial. Benefits Competitive Salary: Annual salary range of $125,000–$174,333 , with the final offer determined by relevant skills, experience, and geographic location. Comprehensive Healthcare: Location-specific benefits packages that include medical, dental, and vision coverage.
