Deputy Director of Conservation Communications, North America Region

Our partner is looking for a Deputy Director of Conservation Communications, North America Region based in the United States. This is a senior communications leadership role supporting conservation programs across a broad and diverse North American region. You will shape and execute communications strategies that advance both programmatic priorities and fundraising objectives. The role spans conservation, Indigenous rights, equitable conservation, human rights, science, oceans, and land protection. You will lead high-impact storytelling across media, social platforms, events, and written and visual communications. Working with senior leaders, program teams, donors, partners, and external stakeholders, you will strengthen engagement and organizational influence. You will also manage communications professionals, budgets, complex initiatives, and strategic partnerships while fostering creativity and professional growth.
