Full job description
Participates in vehicle-licence policy review, develops section plans, monitors applications, coordinates with law enforcement, ZINARA and local authorities, prepares licensing-status statements and may appear in court as a state witness.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires a degree in Social Sciences, Management or equivalent and at least six years of relevant licensing/registration officer-level experience. A relevant master's degree is an advantage; transport-industry knowledge, contract-management and leadership skills are expected.
