DGES states that this scholarship reimburses tuition actually paid, up to the current maximum annual tuition grant used by FCT for doctoral study, currently €2,750. The award is independent of economic need and may be combined with the ordinary higher-education social-action scholarship. Payment is made as a single transfer after award.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants must be enrolled in Portuguese higher education, hold a valid Multiuse Disability Medical Certificate showing disability of at least 60%, and have regularised tax and social-security status. The scheme covers eligible higher professional technical, bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral study.
