This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Digital Experience Lead based in Canada. The Digital Experience Lead will drive conversion rate optimization and digital growth across a comparison-based business, improving how customers discover and evaluate products online. In this hands-on role, you will own the optimization roadmap for landing pages and customer journeys, turning customer insights and performance data into measurable improvements. You will design and manage experiments, identify friction points, and develop digital experiences that connect high-intent visitors with relevant products and services. Working closely with Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Product, Engineering, Design, and Data teams, you will align acquisition strategies with on-site experiences to maximize commercial performance. This opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded, analytical professional who enjoys testing new ideas, understanding customer behavior, and delivering impactful results in a collaborative, performance-driven environment.
Own and prioritize the conversion optimization roadmap, identifying the highest-impact opportunities to improve performance across the comparison business. Continuously optimize landing pages and customer journeys using performance data, customer insights, and UX best practices to reduce friction and increase conversions. Develop clear hypotheses and manage experiments end to end, including test design, success metrics, implementation, analysis, and recommendations. Balance quick optimization wins with larger strategic initiatives that can significantly improve business performance. Partner closely with SEM teams to align paid acquisition strategies with landing page experiences and maximize the value generated from paid traffic. Analyze customer intent, keywords, campaigns, and traffic sources to tailor digital experiences to different audience needs. Evaluate the full customer funnel to ensure optimization efforts contribute to meaningful commercial outcomes, including revenue and customer value. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to develop, test, and launch new experiences and improvements. Work with Data teams to establish reliable tracking, measurement frameworks, and reporting that support informed decisions. Communicate experiment results, key learnings, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, helping translate insights into scalable improvements. Use quantitative and qualitative research methods to uncover customer needs, understand behavior, and identify additional optimization opportunities. Requirements: At least three years of experience in conversion rate optimization, digital experience, growth, or a similar optimization-focused role. Demonstrated experience improving landing pages, conversion funnels, and digital customer journeys through structured experimentation. Strong understanding of A/B testing, including hypothesis development, test design, measurement, result analysis, and decision-making. Commercial awareness and the ability to connect customer behavior and conversion performance with revenue and broader business objectives. A data-driven, curious mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, draw meaningful conclusions, and turn insights into actionable improvements. Strong understanding of user experience principles and conversion optimization best practices. Experience with digital analytics and experimentation platforms such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Optimizely, or equivalent tools. A proactive, self-directed approach and the ability to collaborate effectively across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Design, and Data teams. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain findings and recommendations clearly. Preferred: Experience optimizing landing pages for SEM or other paid acquisition channels. Preferred: Background in comparison platforms, lead generation, affiliate marketing, or other performance-driven digital businesses, particularly in home improvement, small and medium-sized business services, or related sectors. Preferred: Familiarity with user testing, session replay, heatmaps, and other qualitative research techniques. Preferred: Working knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or similar data analysis and visualization tools. Benefits: Work arrangement: Remote position, with the role listed for Ontario, Canada. Work environment: Cross-functional collaboration with teams across marketing, product, engineering, design, and data.
