Full job description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist based in the United States. Join a mission-driven organization using technology to improve access to caregiving support for families, older adults, and healthcare partners. As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will lead growth performance across paid advertising, organic search, email, social media, and partner channels. You will transform marketing data into actionable insights, guide investment decisions, and help maximize customer acquisition and return on spend. Working closely with content, sales, design, engineering, and leadership teams, you will build reporting systems that connect marketing activities to measurable business outcomes. This remote opportunity combines analytical thinking, campaign strategy, and hands-on execution in an entrepreneurial environment. You will also help establish scalable growth processes and shape how marketing resources are allocated as the organization expands.
As the Digital Marketing Strategist, you will own performance measurement and growth strategy across acquisition channels, ensuring marketing investments are data-driven and aligned with business objectives. Performance analytics and reporting: Track acquisition performance across paid social, paid search, SEO, email, organic social, and partner placements. Deliver monthly reports covering customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, lifetime value (LTV), and return on ad spend (ROAS). Marketing dashboards: Collaborate with engineering to develop dashboards that track the complete customer journey, from initial interaction to booking and repeat usage. Budget and investment strategy: Recommend monthly and quarterly marketing budget allocations based on channel performance, historical benchmarks, and projected returns. Marketing spend management: Evaluate new acquisition opportunities, including sponsorships and partner newsletter placements, by estimating reach, costs, and expected results. Maintain a centralized record of marketing spend and performance. Marketplace growth: Balance family and caregiver acquisition efforts to maintain a healthy relationship between supply and demand. SEO and website optimization: Lead technical SEO strategy, conduct site audits, prioritize pages for improvement, and develop optimization briefs. Use Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to identify growth opportunities. Campaign planning: Work with the content team to develop seasonal campaigns aligned with family caregiving needs and customer decision-making patterns. Content performance: Translate analytics into clear, actionable recommendations for website, blog, social media, and email content. Email marketing: Oversee email marketing strategy, deliverability, engagement, and campaign effectiveness. B2B and partner marketing: Collaborate with business development to measure healthcare partner campaigns and report on the reach and results of co-marketing initiatives. Cross-functional collaboration: Present findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, helping teams make informed growth decisions. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an analytical, commercially minded marketer who can connect channel performance to business outcomes and confidently recommend where marketing resources should be invested. You should be comfortable building reporting processes from the ground up, working with incomplete historical data, and collaborating across multiple functions. 3–5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, or marketing analytics. Demonstrated ownership of marketing channel budgets and responsibility for spend recommendations. Experience developing CAC, LTV, and ROAS reporting that informs leadership decisions and marketing investment. Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs, and Meta Ads and Google Ads. Working knowledge of technical SEO, including site audits, indexing, site structure, and page optimization. Ability to turn data and performance insights into clear briefs that writers, designers, and other collaborators can execute. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities. Comfort working in an entrepreneurial environment, establishing processes, and making decisions with limited historical data. A collaborative, results-oriented approach and a genuine interest in using measurable growth strategies to improve access to caregiving support. Preferred experience and skills: Experience with two-sided marketplaces. Background in healthcare, health technology, senior care, home care, or caregiving services. Experience with consumer subscription or on-demand services. Familiarity with B2B and SaaS marketing. SQL skills or experience with dashboard and visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau. Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo. Benefits: Base salary: $120,000–$140,000 annually. Comprehensive health benefits. Paid time off. Fully remote work environment. Opportunity to build and develop the growth and performance marketing function from the ground up. Direct influence over marketing investment decisions and acquisition strategies. Collaborative, mission-driven team environment. Opportunity to contribute to technology-enabled caregiving solutions that connect families, older adults, and healthcare organizations with essential support.
