This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Digital Merchandising Coordinator based in the United States. This role focuses on optimizing the digital shopping experience to increase engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction. You’ll manage product merchandising, site navigation, promotional experiences, and high-performing landing pages across digital channels. The position combines hands-on website management with data-driven experimentation and continuous optimization. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Creative, and Paid Media teams to translate campaigns into cohesive online experiences. Using customer behavior and performance data, you’ll identify friction points, test improvements, and uncover opportunities for growth. The role is well suited to an organized, detail-oriented digital professional who enjoys a fast-moving eCommerce environment. You’ll have meaningful ownership over the customer journey while contributing directly to digital growth initiatives.
Maintain and optimize digital storefront content, including product listings, collections, categories, menus, and other merchandising elements. Build, publish, and maintain responsive landing pages designed to support paid media campaigns, promotions, and broader brand initiatives. Improve site navigation, category experiences, promotional placements, and key customer journeys across desktop and mobile. Analyze user behavior, traffic sources, landing page performance, and conversion funnels to identify drop-off points and opportunities for improvement. Develop, test, and schedule promotional codes, discount rules, banners, and other digital promotional messaging. Partner with Marketing, Creative, and Paid Media teams to create landing pages and digital experiences aligned with campaign messaging, advertising copy, and promotional offers. Continuously test and refine digital experiences to improve conversion and overall site performance. Maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and usability across digital merchandising activities. Requirements 1–3+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital experience, growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field. Hands-on experience building and managing landing pages through CMS platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or landing page tools such as Unbounce, Instapage, or Webflow. Strong understanding of digital merchandising, website navigation, landing page optimization, and eCommerce customer journeys. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret user behavior, conversion data, traffic patterns, and campaign performance. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate, polished digital experiences. Excellent organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple updates, campaigns, and priorities simultaneously. Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve quickly. Interest in experimentation, optimization, and using data to drive digital growth. Benefits Base salary range of $70,500–$75,000 , with actual compensation determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications, interview performance, and market conditions.
