Comprehensive knowledge of digital and technology products, emerging technology platforms, data analysis, research methods, and applicable industry standards. Demonstrated ability to develop, influence, and communicate complex business and technology concepts to cross-functional teams, non-technical stakeholders, and senior leadership. Experience managing authentication, identity verification, credential management, or account recovery experiences across digital channels and call centers, balancing usability with security requirements. Ability to identify high-impact opportunities in identity and access management and translate complex challenges into a compelling product vision and strategic roadmap. Familiarity with authentication and identity management best practices, emerging technologies, regulatory considerations, and relevant industry trends. Experience managing models that support authentication, identity management, or fraud-related decisions. Strong understanding of fraud prevention, security controls, data and analytics, and scalable solution design. Proven ability to manage the full digital product lifecycle, from problem identification and experience design through production deployment and iterative improvement. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
