Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with strategists and growth teams to execute creative concepts aligned with campaign objectives and performance goals. Performance-driven improvement: Incorporate feedback and available campaign insights to refine creatives, improve production efficiency, and maintain a consistent volume of deliverables. Project ownership: Manage multiple creative assignments, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver high-quality work within agreed deadlines. Requirements Professional experience: At least two years of experience editing direct response video advertisements for direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. Video editing portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating paid social video advertising, creative versatility, and performance-oriented storytelling. Static advertising experience: Practical experience designing static ad creatives for Meta advertising campaigns. Editing software: Proficiency with at least one professional or widely used editing tool, such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Adobe After Effects.
