We are seeking a commercially driven leader to accelerate revenue growth and strategic partnerships across biometrics services in the life sciences industry. In this role, you will lead business development initiatives spanning biostatistics, statistical programming, clinical data management, and analytics solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders across clinical operations, data management, biometrics, and procurement. Develop long-term strategic client relationships that support account growth, retention, and expansion in collaboration with account management teams. Lead executive-level presentations, proposals, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations. Partner with biometrics, delivery, and product leaders to align service offerings with market demand and client priorities. Translate customer challenges into differentiated biometrics services and analytics solutions. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory developments to inform business development and go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with operations, finance, and legal teams to ensure proposed deals are operationally feasible and commercially sustainable. Contribute to pricing strategies, deal structures, and service innovation. Represent the biometrics business as a senior ambassador in internal discussions and external client engagements. Requirements Bachelor's degree required; a master's degree, PhD, or MBA is preferred. At least 5 years of relevant combined experience across data management, life sciences, technology, or business development within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, contract research organization (CRO), or life sciences services environments. Demonstrated success selling biometrics services, including biostatistics, statistical programming, clinical data management, or analytics. Proven ability to negotiate and close large, complex, multi-year commercial contracts. Strong executive presence, with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. An established professional network within biotechnology and pharmaceutical biometrics organizations is preferred. Experience with FSP, hybrid delivery, or strategic partnership models is preferred. Strategic thinking and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities and turn market insights into actionable growth strategies. A results-oriented, consultative sales approach focused on customer needs and measurable value. Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and matrixed teams. Benefits Salary: Annual base salary ranging from $125,000 to $150,000 USD. Work arrangement: Remote position based in the United States. Career development: Opportunity to expand commercial leadership experience in a growing life sciences and clinical technology environment. Meaningful impact: Contribute to clinical development initiatives through biometrics services and data analytics solutions.
