Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations to align partner strategies and execute joint initiatives. Coordinate multiple partner projects, joint campaigns, and go-to-market activities while tracking progress against key performance indicators. Support the development and execution of partner business plans, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), co-selling initiatives, and strategic planning sessions. Organize partner-facing events and engagement activities that strengthen relationships and accelerate commercial opportunities. Monitor partner performance against agreed targets, holding partners accountable for deliverables, pipeline growth, and revenue goals. Maintain accurate partner plans, CRM records, activity tracking, and pipeline reports to provide clear visibility into performance. Identify opportunities to improve the partner experience and recommend enhancements to program processes, tools, training materials, and sales collateral. Build trusted relationships with external stakeholders while promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the partner network. Requirements: You are an organized, commercially minded channel professional with a strong track record of developing partner relationships and delivering measurable sales results. You can balance multiple priorities, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and maintain positive relationships while ensuring accountability for business outcomes. At least 5 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or partner development, preferably within a SaaS environment. Proven ability to manage multiple partners and drive business development, partner onboarding, enablement, and revenue growth. Demonstrated success in improving channel sales performance, developing qualified pipelines, and achieving or exceeding revenue targets through partners. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, multiple initiatives, and deadlines. Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship management skills. Experience coordinating partner business plans, co-selling activities, performance reviews, and joint go-to-market initiatives. Ability to work effectively across internal teams and align stakeholders around shared partner objectives. Confidence holding external partners accountable for commitments while maintaining constructive, long-term business relationships. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improving processes. Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and project management tools. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Benefits: Remote working environment. One-time home office allowance. Subsidized monthly internet allowance.
