Stakeholder Collaboration & Change Leadership: Build strong partnerships across operations, technology, analytics, compliance, provider services, market leadership, and external vendors. Present strategic recommendations to executives and lead change initiatives that establish enterprise-wide accountability for data quality. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. A master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred. Leadership Experience: At least 8 years of leadership experience in provider data management, provider directory operations, data governance, data quality, network operations, or related healthcare functions.
