Help managers use efficiency gains to focus more time on coaching and selling. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Finance, and Enablement to align priorities, improve operational processes, and ensure sales teams have the tools and insights needed to succeed. Global Operations Management: Hire, develop, and coach a high-performing field sales operations team, establishing clear goals, development plans, and standards of execution. Executive Reporting and Insights: Deliver reliable performance analysis and strategic recommendations that support leadership decisions, resource allocation, and long-term revenue growth. Continuous Improvement: Evaluate sales processes and operating practices regularly, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable solutions that support organizational growth across regions. Requirements Professional Experience: At least 8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy and Operations within B2B software or related technology businesses, including at least 3 years in team leadership or management.
