Oversee territory design, quota allocation, capacity modeling, and in-year adjustments to support business objectives. Sales Operating Rhythm: Develop and maintain scalable operating processes that improve visibility, accountability, and consistency across sales segments and geographic regions. Sales Productivity Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve sales coverage, accelerate ramp-up times, and strengthen collaboration with solution engineering and specialized sales teams to increase commercial effectiveness. AI and Automation Strategy: Drive the adoption of AI-powered tools and workflows across forecasting, pipeline management, and sales execution. Help sales managers reinvest time saved through automation into coaching, customer engagement, and revenue generation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Finance, and Enablement to align priorities, improve processes, and equip sales teams with the tools and insights required to succeed. Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global field sales operations team, establishing clear expectations, performance goals, and professional development opportunities. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Deliver reliable forecasts, executive-ready reporting, and strategic recommendations that support leadership decisions, resource allocation, and long-term growth. Continuous Improvement: Evaluate sales processes and operational practices to identify inefficiencies, implement scalable solutions, and strengthen execution as the organization grows internationally. Requirements Professional Experience: At least 8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy and Operations within B2B software or related technology environments, including at least 3 years of team leadership experience. Sales Operations Expertise: Extensive knowledge of sales forecasting, pipeline management, sales processes, and operating rhythms across multiple customer segments. Strategic Planning: Demonstrated experience leading annual planning cycles, territory design, quota setting, capacity modeling, and in-year adjustments.
