Collaborate with Product Marketing, Partner and Alliances teams, and priority partners to develop joint storytelling and increase market visibility through customer proof points, executive engagement, thought leadership, and ecosystem campaigns. Integrated Go to Market Programs Build repeatable, multi-region go-to-market motions that combine campaigns, account-based marketing, events, content, digital activation, enablement, and joint selling. Translate Saviynt's global campaign and product priorities into partner-ready programs that can be adapted across AMS, EMEA, and APJ. Partner with regional marketing and sales leaders to identify market-specific opportunities and activate programs against named accounts and pipeline gaps. Develop scalable playbooks, toolkits, templates, and content that improve execution speed, brand consistency, and partner participation. Partner with product marketing and partner teams to strengthen joint storytelling and market visibility through customer proof points, executive engagement, thought leadership, and ecosystem campaigns. Develop joint partner programs that advance Saviynt’s AI and identity security strategy, including ecosystem campaigns, solution launches, thought leadership, and account-based activation. Pipeline Performance and Investment Set a global measurement framework for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, opportunity progression, revenue contribution, engagement, and program efficiency. Use reporting developed in partnership with Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, and Partner Operations to identify which programs are driving pipeline and ROI, and present clear performance insights and investment recommendations to Partner, Field, and executive stakeholders. Own global partner marketing budget planning and allocation in alignment with Partner leadership, prioritizing investments according to partner contribution, market potential, strategic alignment, and expected return. Lead regular performance reviews and QBRs, translating results into recommendations to scale, optimize, pause, or redirect investments. Translate Saviynt’s global campaign and product priorities into scalable partner-ready programs, enabling regional teams to adapt and activate them across AMS, EMEA, and APJ. Team and Cross Functional Leadership Lead, coach, and develop a global partner marketing team with clear priorities, accountability, and shared ways of working. Serve as the senior strategic marketing advisor and support partner to global and regional Partner and Alliances leadership. Represent partner marketing in global planning, campaign, pipeline, and budget forums and communicate priorities, results, risks, and opportunities to executives. Champion a culture of collaboration, operational rigor, experimentation, and continuous improvement across the partner ecosystem. Ecosystem Growth and Innovation Identify new ecosystem opportunities that extend Saviynt's reach, strengthen routes to market, and create differentiated value for customers. Develop models for co-investment and reciprocal partner participation so joint programs are supported by shared commitments and clear ownership Continuously evolve Saviynt's partner marketing strategy as the identity security, cloud, and AI ecosystems change.

Proven ability to connect strategy and execution to partner-sourced pipeline, partner-influenced pipeline, opportunity progression, and revenue outcomes. Experience managing budgets and making investment decisions using performance data, business priorities, and partner commitments.
