This senior finance leadership role serves as a strategic partner connecting market financial performance with operational execution. You will work closely with value-based providers and senior leaders to understand financial results, utilization, claims, membership, and contract performance. Your analysis will help identify cost drivers, performance opportunities, and pathways for sustainable market growth. The role combines financial planning, data analysis, provider partnership, and strategic decision-making in a complex healthcare environment. You will translate sophisticated financial and operational data into clear recommendations that influence business priorities. Success requires strong leadership, project management, and the ability to collaborate across functions while advising senior stakeholders. Serve as a strategic finance partner to regional and market leadership, connecting financial performance with operational effectiveness and value-based care outcomes. Partner directly with value-based providers to review financial performance, membership trends, costs, utilization, contractual results, and opportunities for improvement. Present provider performance trends, financial insights, and improvement opportunities to providers and senior leadership. Analyze market financials, claims experience, utilization, membership movement, risk adjustment impacts, medical cost drivers, and provider contract performance. Support market budgeting, forecasting, administrative planning, and recurring financial performance reviews. Lead financial analysis for strategic initiatives involving market optimization, value-based care performance, cost containment, and growth. Advise regional leadership on significant financial strategies, business performance issues, and opportunities for operational improvement. Monitor enterprise initiatives and assess their financial and operational impact across the market. Lead special projects requiring cross-functional collaboration, structured analysis, and executive-level recommendations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree is preferred. 3+ years of experience working with value-based contracts and/or value-based providers. 4+ years of management experience with demonstrated ability to lead teams, initiatives, or complex workstreams. 5+ years of project leadership experience, including cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives. Proven experience advising senior leadership on financial strategies and business performance. 2+ years of experience using SQL or other data-analysis tools to evaluate complex financial and operational information. Strong understanding of healthcare financial performance, claims, utilization, provider economics, and value-based care concepts. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate data into actionable recommendations. Strong executive communication and presentation skills, including confidence working directly with senior leaders and external provider stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, lead special projects, and build effective cross-functional partnerships. Must reside in Florida. For remote work, a reliable internet connection is required, with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, along with a dedicated workspace suitable for protecting confidential health information. Occasional travel to company offices for meetings or training may be required. Benefits Annual base salary of $168,000–$231,000 , depending on qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and other job-related factors.
