Full job description
The fixed-term leadership role directs the Yaounde Regional Office, represents UNESCO in Cameroon and other covered states, oversees multidisciplinary programmes and office operations, builds partnerships and resources, and coordinates with the wider UN system and regional institutions.
Requirements & qualifications
An advanced university degree in a field related to UNESCO's mandate, public/business administration, international relations or related area is required, together with at least 15 years of progressive experience at an appropriate management level and demonstrated leadership, advocacy, resource-mobilization and partnership experience.
