Contribute product expertise to demand generation campaigns, thought leadership content, and industry events. Team leadership and development: Manage, coach, and develop the Partner and Customer Marketing Manager while building the product marketing function over time. Ensure alignment across product, partner, and customer communications and establish scalable processes that support continued growth. Performance measurement and optimization: Evaluate launch effectiveness, pipeline contribution, sales win rates, competitive performance, and market adoption. Use insights and feedback to continuously refine messaging, go-to-market programs, and sales enablement initiatives. Cross-functional collaboration: Build strong partnerships across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Communications to ensure product value is clearly articulated and consistently delivered throughout the customer journey. Requirements Professional experience: At least 10 years of B2B product marketing experience within SaaS, fintech, identity, cybersecurity, or infrastructure companies, including at least three years leading product marketing teams and managing end-to-end product launches. Enterprise marketing expertise: Demonstrated experience marketing technical or API-driven products to regulated enterprise buyers, ideally within financial services or banking.
