Promote strategic products and services to increase customer adoption and strengthen commercial partnerships. Gather and communicate competitive market intelligence, customer feedback, and emerging business opportunities to leadership. Manage pricing, sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM activities accurately and consistently. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service, effective execution, and operational efficiency. Build trusted customer partnerships by demonstrating technical expertise, understanding fleet maintenance needs, and communicating measurable business value. Requirements: The ideal candidate combines proven sales performance with industry knowledge, strong relationship-building skills, and a consultative approach to solving customer challenges. The following qualifications and capabilities are important for success: Sales experience: At least 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the heavy-duty truck, commercial vehicle, or trailer parts industry. Relationship management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across operational and executive-level stakeholders. Personal qualities: Self-motivated, competitive, accountable, detail-oriented, and committed to putting customer needs first. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Technical tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Benefits: Competitive compensation. Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
