Lead monetization strategy and business planning for the Windows Client portfolio: Define priorities, resources, operating rhythm, and long-term direction across Commercial, Consumer, OEM, and IoT. Shape business models and monetization: Lead business model development, pricing, packaging, licensing, and ecosystem strategy. Drive portfolio outcomes: Align cross-functional owners, milestones, dependencies, decisions, and success measures. Advise senior leaders: Turn complex market signals into crisp options, formulate hypotheses, and deliver clear recommendations. Build a high-performing team: Coach talent, set clear accountability, strengthen capabilities, manage performance and succession, and foster an inclusive culture. Embody our Culture and Values Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Computer Science, Economics, Business, or related field AND 6+ years business planning, corporate strategy, management consulting, or related experience Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Computer Science, Economics, Business, or related field AND 12+ years business planning, corporate strategy, management consulting, or related experience OR Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), or related field AND 8+ years business planning, corporate strategy, management consulting, or related experience OR equivalent experience. 3+ years people management and/or informal/indirect team leadership experience. Experience with technology business models, monetization, pricing, packaging, licensing, and ecosystem economics. Experience developing business cases, scenarios, and investment recommendations. Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving product, engineering, marketing, finance, sales, and legal stakeholders. Experience with platform, operating-system, device, cloud, subscription, or ecosystem businesses. Experience spanning both consumer and commercial business models. Experience with OEM, channel, partner, or marketplace economics. Experience translating customer and market insight into product, pricing, or portfolio decisions. Experience influencing senior executives and landing decisions across organizational boundaries.
