About Vector

Full job description

About Vector Vector transforms logistics networks into a competitive advantage for shippers and 3PL’s by digitizing driver engagement, optimizing yard orchestration, and digitizing documents such as BOL’s and Seals. Our platform is used by warehouses, distribution centers, and carriers to streamline check-ins, appointments, dock scheduling, and driver workflows. About the Role Revenue Operations at Vector owns how we understand and grow revenue. Youlll find where the funnel leaks, build the systems that make revenue predictable, and tell the leadership team what the numbers mean. Our ideal candidate is a builder who has stood up forecasting, funnel reporting, and GTM processes from scratch, and who brings a point of view to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership instead of waiting to be asked for one. You'll be expected to display a strong sense of self-reliance along with the ability to collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. If this sounds like you, let's chat! Vector now sells products to shippers, 3PL’s and trucking companies. We run an inbound motion, an outbound motion, and an expansion motion into the installed base. They convert at different rates on different timelines, and a blended number hides all three. This is an individual contributor role. You'll own Revenue Operations end-to-end and get leverage from tooling and automation rather than headcount. A playbook already exists here. Your job is to codify it, sharpen it, and scale it to the next level of ARR. You'll work closely with functional leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Finance, and directly with the CEO, and you'll be who leadership and the board turn to when they want to know where revenue is going. What You'll Do

  • Own the revenue funnel end to end across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, from lead creation through renewal and expansion
  • Find the leaks (conversion drop-offs, stalled deals, churn signals) before they surface as a missed target
  • Own forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue performance reporting across the full funnel
  • Set the reporting cadence and governance, weekly through quarterly, that gives leadership and the board a predictable read on the business
  • Partner with revenue leadership and the executive team on board reporting, re-forecasts, and business reviews
  • Build the pipeline coverage and capacity models behind hiring, quota setting, and territory design
  • Consolidate the CRM instances, pipeline stages, and reporting definitions that came with acquired products so the combined business can be managed off one set of numbers
  • Set the standards for which metrics matter, how they are defined, and who keeps them clean across HubSpot and connected systems
  • Resolve conflicts between systems of record, such as CRM against Finance, and establish one agreed figure for each key metric
  • Own the GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Gong, Fathom, Alignedup, Clay, and the AI tools around them) and build the integrations between them yoursel
  • Bring insights and recommendations to Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership instead of handing back numbers Benefits
  • Employer-sponsored medical, dental, vision, 401K, life & disability insurance
  • Flexible paid time off and observed federal holidays
  • Parental leave of absence
  • Competitive stipend
  • 100% remote
  • Flat org structure, offering startup growth and learning paths Salary Range Benefits
  • Employer-sponsored medical, dental, vision, 401K, life & disability insurance
  • Flexible paid time off and observed federal holidays
  • Parental leave of absence
  • Flat org structure, offering startup growth and learning paths Salary Range $135,000 - $170,000 USD Individual pay depends on various factors, such as region, role level, relevant experience and skills. Pay ranges are reviewed and updated typically each year. Offers are made within the pay range applicable at the time.
